Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases made on TestLab (Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited). Each TNPSC Weakness Diagnostic is a one-time digital purchase of ₹99 (MRP ₹399) for a single exam group and subject. Because access is granted instantly and the content is consumable, the conditions below apply.

Cancellation

• A diagnostic is a single, one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
• An order can only be cancelled before you begin (start) the diagnostic. Once you start the assessment, the purchase is considered used and cannot be cancelled.

When you are eligible for a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same diagnostic due to a technical error.
• Payment debited but access not granted: your payment succeeded but the diagnostic was not unlocked, and we are unable to resolve it.
• Unused purchase: you purchased a diagnostic but have not started it, and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

When refunds are not available

• The diagnostic has already been started or completed (digital content already consumed).
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase for an unused diagnostic.
• Change of mind after starting the assessment.
• Dissatisfaction with your own performance or score on the diagnostic.

How to request a refund

Processing time

• Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• The exact time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
