TestLab is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges and no shipping address is required. Everything is delivered electronically through https://testlab.sothanai.com.
How & when your purchase is delivered
- Access to a purchased diagnostic is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation by Razorpay.
- The unlocked diagnostic appears in your account dashboard immediately, ready to start.
- There is no waiting period and no manual processing for delivery.
Payment confirmation times
- UPI / Cards / Wallets: instant to ~2 minutes
- Net Banking: typically 2–5 minutes for confirmation
What you receive
- Immediate access to the purchased per-subject diagnostic (question sets) in your dashboard.
- A detailed weakness report after completing the assessment cycle.
- An on-screen confirmation once payment succeeds.
Paid but no access?
If your payment succeeded but the diagnostic did not unlock, please:
- Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh your dashboard.
- Log out and log back in.
- If it still does not appear, email contact@sothanai.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID — we will resolve it promptly or refund you per our Refund Policy.
