These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TestLab (https://testlab.sothanai.com), a TNPSC Weakness Diagnostic operated by Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a diagnostic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
TestLab provides an online, per-subject diagnostic assessment for candidates preparing for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations (Group I, Group II / IIA and Group IV). The service identifies a candidate's weak areas across subjects and topics and provides a detailed report. TestLab is a digital educational tool and does not guarantee any examination result, rank, or selection.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Your SothanAI account works across SothanAI and TestLab; the same login is used.
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract to make a purchase.
3. Purchases & Pricing
- Each diagnostic is a one-time purchase for a single exam group and subject, priced at ₹99 (MRP ₹399).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are server-determined; the amount payable is always shown before you confirm payment.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or resell any questions, content, or reports from the platform.
- Share your account or purchased diagnostic with others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, including questions, explanations, reports and software, is the intellectual property of Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited and is protected by applicable laws.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
Purchases are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because the diagnostic is a digital product delivered instantly, specific conditions apply.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the diagnostic giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
